So stand A. 3, Sc. 4. there’s letters sealed, und zu Anfang des 4. Actes liest die Fol. there’s matters in these sighs.” [tricks” means deceptive jokes. The combination of there is with a plural is not uncommon with Shakespeare. Thus in [3.4.202 (2577+1)]], there’s letters sealed, and at the beginning of the fourth act the Folio has there’s matters in these sighs.]
